Amit Gupta, Founder/President & CTO
Amit is the Founder & President of the company. Amit has several years of experience dealing with advanced technologies. Amit started his career as an application developer with a startup company in India. He then moved to the US and got his Masters in Software Engineering from University of Southern California. Amit has worked in various technologies including Java, Adobe Flex, ColdFusion, PHP to name a few. As the Founder of Arrow Total Solution, Amit's goal is to provide excellent software solutions and high quality service to his clients.
Jitendra Jain, Lead Developer
Arrow Total Solution was Jitendra's first break in Software Development. He had just acquired his Sun Certification in Java Programming and Arrow hired him right away. Since then Jitendra has come a long way and is an integral part of our team. From day one he showed his eagerness to learn new technologies and excel in them. He embraced Adobe Flex/AIR from get go. He has developed major portions of our Futures Trading System product using Adobe Flex and Java with Spring Framework and Cairngorm Framework. Jitendra recently acquired Sun Certification in Web Component Development.
Vikas Pandya, Lead Java Architect
Vikas is a highly experienced and seasoned Java Architect. Vikas is responsible for introducing Spring Framework, Acegi Security Framework, ActiveMQ, etc Open Source technologies to Arrow Total Solutions. Vikas is a big proponent of Open Source technologies and also an expert in AJAX. Vikas has written numerous articles on J2EE. Vikas is innovative and analytical at the same time. He keeps a tight grip on the architecture of our projects and makes sure no architectural anomalies slip his vigilant eyes.
Samar Dave, Project Manager
Samar is a very meticulous manager and a natural leader. Samar has overseen the development of some of our major projects. He has a degree Electronics and Communications Engineering. Samar is responsible for timely completion and smooth deployment of projects at Arrow. Samar is a master of project cost estimation and is also incharge of talent hiring activities.
Vijay Desai, Project Manager
Vijay has been associated with Arrow Total Solutions since its inception. Vijay was the on-sight manager and in-charge of our very first project where he single handedly put together a high class team of professionals to run the IT department of India's first Online Commodity Exchange. Vijay has worked with several start-up and established mutli-national technology companies and has numerous certifications in project management and software development to his credit.
Bhavit Godiwala, Senior Manager & Subject Matter Expert
Bhavit is the most experienced member of the team. Bhavit has worked for CMMI Level-5 technology companies and has traveled around the world handling projects. Bhavit is our senior manager and also our subject matter expert for capital markets. Bhavit has lead the development of some major stock market softwares and banking softwares.
