Arrow Total Solutions was hired by one of the biggest Energy Utility Company in Southern California to
develop Program Automation System that served Low Income Households.
The application was partially built before Arrow Total Solutions started working. Soon we found
that some of the existing modules were poorly built and the Database Design was also very poor. The
system design was not scalable.
Arrow Total Solutions built the new modules for the system and also analyzed and re-engineered existing modules.
Arrow Total Solutions restored client's confidence in the application and IT in general by consistently providing quality work
which added significant value to the client's business.
Setup IT Infrastructure for India's First Online Commodity Exchange

When a major Commodity Export House was awarded the project by the Govt. Of India to setup India's first online commodity exchange,
Arrow Total Solutions was there to help setup the backbone of the project which is Information Technology.
Arrow Total Solutions wrote the Request for Proposal for Hardware, Software and Networking setup. Arrow Total Solutions interviewed and selected the software solution vendor and networking
vendor. Entire IT infrastructure of the commodity exchange was setup in a record time.
Arrow Total Solutions is actively involved with the IT
department of the exchange and provides consultancy to the exchange.
Online Reservation System for Hotels

A fast growing Motel in Anaheim, California got so frustrated with the services of online hotel reservation portals that it decided to develop its own
online reservation system. The client hired Arrow Total Solutions to develop the online reservation system for the motel. Arrow Total
Solutions provided a complete solution including requirements gathering & analysis, database design and application development. The system
is intuitive and easy to use for the online customers as well as administrators. Motel started getting a lot more reservations and saved the money
it would have paid reservation portals.
The application is very successful and we deployed it at more than 70 Hotels.
We would like to mention that the application is running without any significant maintenance and is highly scalable.
Re-Engineer Online Bid Management System for International Movie Production

application. The priorities weren't sorted out and the pieces of partially functioning modules were everywhere. Needless
to say that after wasting a lot of money and time, company could not launch the system and investors started losing confidence.

by attacking the major problems and focusing on the development of the critical features of the system.
The system was launched well within the estimated time.
Content Management & Event Tracking Application

When a prestigious association of hotel owners decided to develop a portal to help the members interact and communicate more
efficiently, it hired Arrow Total Solutions.
We went through the full life cycle of software development and used Rational Unified
Process to keep us on track. We built an online system that enabled the association to share documents, maintain a calendar of
events and conferences, conduct surveys, post messages from the officers, etc.
This application was entirely developed by our developers in India and the system design was performed in the US.
